Prepare clear project status reports and communicate risks, decisions, and action items to project stakeholders. Support the development of scopes of work and coordination of external design services. Manage design changes and evaluate their potential impact on scope, schedule, cost, and construction. Facilitate timely technical decisions while ensuring alignment with project requirements. Coordinate the release of drawings, specifications, and other engineering information to the appropriate stakeholders. Support construction administration and resolution of design-related issues during construction. Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

Working knowledge of applicable building codes, permitting requirements, and industry standards. Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative project team. Based in the Reston, VA / Northern Virginia area, with the ability to travel up to 20% for site visits and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical facility projects. Experience with large-scale healthcare, laboratory, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, power-generation, or high-rise commercial projects.
