About the Role

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty is seeking a Data Entry Operator for a full-time, remote position. Based on Clairton Blvd in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, this role supports real estate operations by maintaining transaction records, updating client information, and ensuring data is accurate and complete. The successful candidate will work independently while coordinating with a remote team to resolve discrepancies, prepare reports and presentations, and complete routine administrative tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, computer proficiency, and careful handling of confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Update and enter real estate transactions, client information, and other business data. Review records for accuracy and completeness and correct errors when identified. Communicate with teammates to investigate and resolve data discrepancies. Follow applicable privacy and data-security regulations when handling information. Assist with preparing reports and presentations. Perform routine administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and printing documents. Monitor office supplies as needed. Manage daily data-entry responsibilities independently while keeping remote teammates informed of outstanding issues.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and data-entry programs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks. Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with a remote team. Ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of business information.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Familiarity with real estate terminology, transactions, and procedures. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
