Key Responsibilities: Perform impactful business analysis using data science and machine learning techniques. Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, engagement, and business impact. Apply statistical analysis, experimentation, and causal inference methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and business growth. Leverage AI/ML, advanced targeting, and personalization techniques. Must-Have Skills: 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics. Strong business and descriptive analytics experience. Knowledge of Machine Learning and/or Causal Inference. Strong understanding of Statistics and A/B Testing. Bachelor's degree with a strong statistical background. Nice to Have: Marketing Data Science experience.
