Datadog & Observability Consultant | Site Reliability EngineerOverview Job Title: Datadog & Observability Consultant (Site Reliability Engineer) Location: Remote (U.S.) – East Coast hours Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week minimum Salary Range: $70-$85/hour (based on experience) Total Compensation Package: Hourly contract compensation Employment: 14-month contract, with strong potential for extension Required Experience: Hands-on Datadog and observability experience (ideally 10+ years in IT, 3+ years with Datadog) About This OpportunityA Fortune 500 insurance company needs a Datadog expert to give its DevOps team clear visibility across code pipelines, applications, databases, and environments (production, failover, UAT, and QA). You'll build the dashboards, monitors, and log pipelines that help the team spot and diagnose issues before users notice. This is a hands-on, independent role on a small, highly technical DevOps team.

Responsibilities
