Job Description:

• Prepare, review, and submit clean claims daily through Open Dental
• Obtain detailed and accurate insurance breakdowns
• Input insurance information into patient files
• Follow up proactively on outstanding, denied, or rejected claims
• Audit aging reports
• Process co-pays
• Post insurance payments
• Support pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and general dentistry practices

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in and be eligible to work in California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, or Washington
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience navigating Open Dental claims administration
• Familiarity with DentalXchange, Trex (Vyne), or other major billing clearinghouses highly preferred
• Exceptional phone communication and patience for navigating insurance IVRs
• Comfortable working consistent Pacific Time Zone hours
• Successful completion of a routine pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to prepare, review, and submit clean dental claims
