Operating within a zero-trust, shift-left engineering framework, this role ensures the delivery train is technically primed for daily, silent deployments to Production while managing the governance of regularly occurring feature releases. Rather than managing traditional manual release windows, this manager architecturally enforces an automated, multi-stage gated pipeline that passes identical build packages across all environments to eliminate "Staging Drift." By leveraging Azure App Configuration, they ensure that code flows continuously into Integration (INT), Pre-Release (LOD), and Production (PRD) strictly restricted to a deactivated "Off State" (Dark Launching).
