Key Responsibilities

As a core member of our data team, you will:

  • Accurately input, update, and verify data across multiple proprietary systems, ensuring 99.9% data integrity.
  • Maintain and audit databases, promptly correcting discrepancies and flagging anomalies for senior analysts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely, accurate information and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Create, format, and distribute detailed reports and spreadsheets that support business decisions and client engagements.
  • Cross-check information against source documents, performing double-entry verification to eliminate errors.
  • Handle confidential client and company data with the highest level of discretion and compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams—marketing, sales, and product—to ensure data completeness and consistency.
  • Learn and master brighthush’s suite of software tools, including our custom CRM, data analytics platform, and internal knowledge base.
  • Organize and file electronic documents, establishing a systematic filing structure that enhances retrieval speed.
  • Prepare client quotes, proposals, and presentations, ensuring all data points are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Multitask across projects, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide prompt feedback on data quality issues and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Submit weekly activity reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on new responsibilities as projects and priorities shift.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets and spotting trends.
