Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business. This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts. Compensation

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour Total Compensation In addition to the base hourly rate, total compensation for this role may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
