Director, Business Development – Enterprise Solutions The Mandate We are engaged in a search on behalf of a growing, full-service energy infrastructure integrator delivering turnkey lighting, EV charging and electrical solutions for major national customers. The company is seeking a Director of Business Development to win new business and expand enterprise and national-account relationships. This opportunity calls for a proven business developer who understands project-based selling, from identifying customer needs and building the business case through proposals, negotiations and signed agreements. Relevant experience includes EV charging, lighting, electrical infrastructure and turnkey services, including turnkey lighting and EV charging projects. What You Will Own Develop new enterprise and national-account business. Build a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking and industry relationships. Engage executive decision-makers and connect customer priorities with practical solutions. Work with internal teams to develop proposals and business cases. Manage opportunities through negotiation and contract execution. Identify new markets and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records. Who You Are A proven new-business professional with 7+ years in business development, enterprise sales, national accounts or strategic accounts. A consultative seller with a record of winning customers and growing revenue. Strong in executive relationships, negotiation and communication. Self-directed and disciplined in managing opportunities. Experience selling project-based or turnkey solutions preferred, including EV charging, fleet electrification, lighting, electrical infrastructure or energy efficiency. Relevant relationships in retail, fleet, transportation, utilities, commercial real estate, data centers, logistics or manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience. Competitive base salary, uncapped commission opportunity and comprehensive benefits.
