Role Description The Director Corporate Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading financial strategy and corporate finance activities across the fund and its portfolio companies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing financial models, overseeing capital allocation decisions, and supporting fundraising and investment structuring. The role involves guiding budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluating portfolio performance, and preparing clear financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners. The Director will collaborate closely with investment, legal, and operations teams to optimize transaction structures, ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements, and contribute to overall value creation initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with financial modeling, capital structure analysis, and financial reporting. Candidates should possess robust Budgeting and Business Planning skills, including expertise in forecasting, strategic planning, and performance tracking. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, assess investment opportunities, and support decision-making. Relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital is highly beneficial. Advanced degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (e.g., MBA, CFA, CA) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for alternative investment funds and comfort working with SEBI-regulated entities is an advantage.
