For our client, we are seeking a Director of AI Content Systems, Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the strategy and execution of an AI-enabled content engine that supports demand generation, organic growth, and revenue-focused marketing priorities. The ideal candidate will build scalable workflows, partner closely with subject-matter experts and external collaborators, and shape how content is created, optimized, and measured across the website. This is a highly visible opportunity to combine SEO, editorial leadership, and AI automation in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. The role is especially well-suited for a hands-on marketing leader who can balance content quality with operational efficiency and measurable pipeline impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy based on market demand and revenue priorities. Design and manage AI-driven content production workflows and quality assurance processes. Establish a system for capturing expert knowledge to enhance content quality. Define and maintain brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all content. Lead SEO and AI search strategies to improve organic visibility. Oversee website architecture, content structure, and conversion optimization efforts. Select and manage AI tools and external partners within budget constraints. Qualifications 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, SEO, or growth marketing, including 1+ years in a leadership role. Experience building and running AI-powered content workflows end-to-end. Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, including LLMs and agents. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages. Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and leads through SEO strategies. Strong editorial judgment to ensure content quality and brand alignment. Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts.
