Role Description The (Managing Director) at Lendr Finance is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the asset finance brokerage. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business objectives, overseeing client acquisition and relationship management, and developing partnerships with lenders and other financial institutions. The Managing Director will manage and mentor a distributed team, monitor performance against key metrics, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. This role also involves reviewing and optimizing operational processes, leading financial planning and budgeting, and making data-informed decisions to drive profitability and sustainable expansion. The Managing Director will represent Lendr Finance in key external meetings, industry events, and negotiations while promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management experience, including team supervision, performance coaching, and strategic planning. Professional background in asset finance, lending, or broader financial services, with a clear understanding of brokerage models and credit assessment. Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation with both corporate and individual clients. Experience in operations management, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and remote team coordination. Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial and operational reports for decision-making. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively. Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and digital collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
