We are seeking a Director of Community Partnerships to help build relationships with nonprofits, schools, workforce programs, and other community-serving organizations while expanding the pipeline of real-world projects that power our workforce-development model. What This Role Brings Build relationships with community organizations Identify partnership and project opportunities Expand awareness of TechStep's mission and services Help grow the pipeline of real-world community projects Ideal Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas: Nonprofit leadership Community engagement Community development Workforce development Program management Partnership development Public service Technology experience is helpful, but not required.
