Role Description The Director of Customer Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for driving client acquisition, expansion, and retention across Sirenia Capital Management LP’s hedge fund offerings. This role oversees the development and execution of growth strategies, including identifying new markets, building prospect pipelines, and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional growth initiatives, collaborating with investment and marketing teams to shape client messaging, and monitoring performance metrics to refine outreach and engagement. The Director will manage key accounts, support investor communications, and ensure that customer growth activities align with the firm’s brand, regulatory requirements, and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and customer metrics to inform growth strategies. Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, including managing pipelines, closing deals, and expanding key client relationships. Demonstrated Project Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-stakeholder growth initiatives on schedule. Background in Marketing, with skill in positioning investment products, developing campaigns, and optimizing client engagement. Experience in the financial services or investment management industry, ideally within hedge funds or alternative investments. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate effectively across teams, and adapt to evolving business priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
