Role Description The Director of Global Market Development is a full-time remote role responsible for leading market development strategies across key international regions. This role involves assessing global market opportunities, defining entry and expansion plans, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, developing market plans, and guiding regional go-to-market strategies. The Director will monitor performance metrics, refine strategies based on data insights, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership. This position also includes mentoring team members, building strong internal and external partnerships, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Market Analysis and Market Research, with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights. Strong Analytical Skills, including proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate market potential and performance. Proven experience in Market Planning, developing and executing market entry and expansion strategies across multiple regions. Background in Sales, with a track record of supporting or leading revenue growth initiatives in global markets. Experience in global or international business development, including working across cultures and time zones. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
