Role Description The Director of High-End Operations oversees the end-to-end operations for premium perfume lines, ensuring seamless processes from production through customer delivery in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is responsible for managing operational workflows, optimizing resource use, and maintaining high standards of service and product quality. The director leads cross-functional teams, establishes performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement initiatives aligned with luxury brand expectations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing operational data, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, coordinating with supply chain and customer service teams, and implementing best practices to support strategic growth. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align operations with brand vision, customer experience goals, and overall business strategy.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and high-end or luxury product environments, with the ability to design and optimize complex processes. Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating performance data, identifying trends, and making data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and service quality. Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading remote and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent. Solid Budgeting experience, including planning, forecasting, and monitoring budgets to support strategic initiatives and cost control. Customer Service orientation, with experience designing and overseeing premium client experiences and resolving escalated issues effectively. Experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or fragrance industry is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Comfort working in a remote environment and collaborating across global time zones.
