Role Description The Director of Market Strategy is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping ARKA STUDIO’s market positioning and growth strategy in the AI-powered creative and software space. This role involves conducting ongoing market and competitive research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. The Director will develop and refine go-to-market strategies, segment and prioritize target markets, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with market needs. Daily responsibilities include building data-driven market models, defining pricing and packaging strategies, preparing executive-level insights and recommendations, and supporting sales with strategic guidance and materials. The Director will also monitor performance against strategic goals and adjust plans as needed to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong market analysis and market research skills to evaluate trends, competitors, and customer needs. Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, build models, and generate actionable insights. Proven strategic planning experience, including developing and executing go-to-market and growth strategies. Background in sales or commercial strategy, with the ability to partner effectively with sales teams. Experience in technology, AI, creative services, or related industries is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work remotely, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
