About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Project Management to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across the organization. This role ensures projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with business objectives while coordinating teams and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, priorities, and deliverables. Lead project managers and coordinate cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Resolve issues that affect timelines, costs, or quality. Establish project standards, procedures, and reporting practices. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery. Ensure projects meet agreed objectives and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of project management experience, including team leadership. Strong planning, budgeting, and organizational skills. Experience with project management software and reporting tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential. Experience managing multiple projects or complex programs.
