Role Description The Director of Regional Sales is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading regional sales strategies that support the organization’s marketing and communication services. This role oversees sales planning, territory management, and pipeline development to drive revenue growth across assigned regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring key metrics. The Director builds and maintains relationships with clients and partners, collaborates with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives, and identifies new business opportunities within the community and non-profit sectors. The role also involves refining sales processes, forecasting results, and ensuring a consistent, client-centered experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, including experience with prospecting, relationship management, and closing complex deals. Candidates should possess Sales Operations and Sales Process review skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on delivering a high-quality, responsive experience and building long-term client trust. Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including leading regional sales teams, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in marketing or communications services, familiarity with non-profit or community-focused organizations, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, results-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
