Role Description The Director of Regional Sales is a full-time remote role responsible for leading sales activities within an assigned region, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share for 3D-printed PPE and medical equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital systems and healthcare organizations. This role oversees regional sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking, while collaborating with internal teams such as production, customer service, and marketing. The Director of Regional Sales will also mentor and support sales team members, ensure consistent customer experience, and represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of driving regional growth and closing complex deals. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools. Customer Service expertise, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare and hospital clients. Team Management experience, including coaching, performance management, and leading distributed or remote teams. Background in healthcare, medical devices, or PPE supply chain is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel within the region as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
