Role Description The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation related to Dulux Mozambique - JM Trading LDA’s products, processes, and internal procedures. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and updating technical and process documents, standard operating procedures, and guidelines; ensuring consistency with brand standards and regulatory requirements; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and verify content. The role also involves analyzing existing documentation for gaps or improvements, managing version control, and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization. This is a part-time, remote role, requiring the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with colleagues in different locations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Documentation and Technical Documentation skills for creating and maintaining clear, structured, and accurate materials. Candidates should possess Clinical Documentation capabilities where applicable, ensuring compliance and precision in specialized or regulated content. Candidates should possess Technical Writing and Analytical Skills to translate complex information into user-friendly documentation and evaluate content for clarity and completeness. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common documentation tools (e.g., word processors, collaborative platforms). Candidates should ideally have experience working remotely, strong time-management skills, and familiarity with manufacturing, coatings, or related industries; a relevant diploma or degree in communications, technical writing, or a similar field is beneficial.
