ABOUT THE ROLE As an International Donation Agent, you will provide independent fundraising and donor engagement services to help CEF connect with individuals, corporations, foundations, and other institutions interested in supporting initiatives in:

• Education and scholarships
• Health and well-being
• Environmental protection and sustainability
• Science and technology
• Culture and community development
• Other charitable initiatives aligned with CEF’s mission

Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and cultivate potential donors and help secure philanthropic contributions that support the Foundation’s programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and qualify potential individual, corporate, institutional, and philanthropic donors.
• Build and develop relationships with prospective donors, decision-makers, executives, and philanthropic organizations.
• Present CEF’s mission, programs, and funding opportunities using accurate, Foundation-approved information.
• Develop and pursue fundraising opportunities within your professional network and relevant markets.
• Maintain appropriate records of prospects, communications, and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate donor communications and fundraising activities with CEF to ensure accurate information, transparency, proper documentation, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Support the development of long-term donor relationships and recurring philanthropic contributions.
• Represent the Foundation professionally, ethically, and in accordance with its policies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE We are interested in professionals who demonstrate several of the following qualifications:

• Experience in fundraising, sales, business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, donor relations, or related fields.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Access to relevant professional networks, business leaders, philanthropists, companies, foundations, or institutional decision-makers.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop prospects, and pursue measurable results.
• Self-motivation, initiative, professionalism, and independent working capacity.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to transparent fundraising practices.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage; additional languages and international networks are welcome.

A background in nonprofit fundraising is valuable but not the only route to success. Professionals with strong business networks, commercial experience, or partnership-development skills are also encouraged to apply. CONTRACTUAL MODEL AND COMPENSATION This is not an employment position. The engagement is structured through an Independent Contractor Agreement for the provision of professional fundraising and donor engagement services. Donation Agents operate as independent contractors, rather than employees of CEF. Subject to the agreement and applicable law, contractors manage their own working methods and schedules and may provide services to other clients. Compensation is exclusively results-based, under a separate Compensation Agreement that specifies the applicable rates, percentages, and payment conditions. Compensation is tied to eligible donations that are directly attributable to the agent’s work, fully received in CEF’s bank accounts, and properly documented in the Foundation’s tracking system. Please note:

• There is no fixed salary or guaranteed minimum income.
• Compensation depends on eligible fundraising results and the terms of the signed Compensation Agreement.
• Contractors are responsible for their applicable taxes, licenses, and other business obligations.
• Employee benefits, such as paid leave, employer-provided health insurance, and pension plans, are not included.
• Payment is processed according to the contract’s invoicing, validation, and payment provisions.

This model is intended for professionals who value independence, flexibility, relationship-building, and compensation linked to measurable results. ETHICAL FUNDRAISING AND DONOR PROTECTION CEF is committed to responsible, transparent, and accountable fundraising. All Donation Agents must follow the Foundation’s approved fundraising procedures and applicable legal requirements.

• Donations must be made through CEF’s officially authorized donation channels.
• Agents may not receive or redirect donations through their personal bank accounts or other unauthorized channels.
• Agents may not make financial, contractual, or programmatic commitments on behalf of CEF without prior written authorization.
• Donor information must be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
• Donor communications and fundraising activities must be coordinated with CEF to ensure accurate information, appropriate documentation, and legal compliance.
