Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at brighthush, you will be the first line of feedback for a wide array of products, services, and brand experiences. You’ll participate in short, engaging remote sessions—such as live focus groups, product tests, and in‑depth surveys—where your honest opinions help shape the next generation of consumer goods and digital experiences.

Unlike traditional customer‑service roles that revolve around answering calls or troubleshooting, this position rewards you for your insights. You’ll earn up to $790 per week, depending on the study’s scope and your eligibility. No prior experience, degree, or résumé is required—just a genuine desire to share your thoughts and a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Remote Sessions: Join live video focus groups, product testing sessions, and online surveys that last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Your presence and engagement are critical to the study’s success.
• Provide Honest Feedback: Share candid opinions on product usability, design, features, and overall experience. Your insights directly influence product development and marketing strategies.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to strict privacy guidelines to protect both your personal data and the proprietary information of partner brands.

• Follow Study Protocols: Carefully read and follow all instructions, including pre‑study questionnaires, post‑study debriefs, and any required follow‑up tasks.
