Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for participants in our In‑Home Usage Test (IHUT) projects. Your responsibilities will include guiding testers through product usage, collecting detailed feedback, and ensuring that all data is captured accurately and securely. You will work closely with market‑research partners and our internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants in understanding and following the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may involve unpacking, reading instructions, and completing journal entries.
• Document test results using screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written product journal entries as instructed.
• Use brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to capture Point‑of‑Emotion® insights, providing depth to consumer responses.
• Engage in private chat rooms or discussion forums opened by partner market‑research firms to share observations and answer questions.
• Write concise, honest reviews and feedback reports for each product tested.
• Maintain the integrity and safety of all products tested, ensuring they are used responsibly and returned in good condition.
• Adhere strictly to all privacy and security protocols, safeguarding participant data and proprietary information.
• Communicate effectively with participants, answering queries and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
• Track and report any discrepancies or product issues to the project manager for further investigation.
• Commit to a flexible schedule of 15–25 hours per week, with the ability to adjust hours based on project demand.
