Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Review and revise mobile app transcribed entries, applying rigorous QA protocols to eliminate errors.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, Content Claims Specialists, and other stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
• Deadline Management: Adhere to strict workflow deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet project milestones.
• Documentation & Uploads: Document claim‑related information, upload files to relevant systems, and keep detailed notes for audit trails.
• Post‑QA Adjustments: Implement necessary changes immediately after QA reviews, ensuring data integrity before final submission.
• Reporting: Complete and submit detailed work/time logs daily, providing transparency and accountability for all processed claims.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, suggest automation or workflow optimizations, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Essential Qualifications

• Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online research tools for accurate pricing.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM with
