Hire, train, and supervise a team of qualified and dedicated staff members. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and families. Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, community partners, and other stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the center's programs and make necessary improvements. Participate in the recruitment and enrollment of children in the center. Maintain accurate records and reports on the center's operations, finances, and programs.
