Role Description The eCommerce SEO / AIO Specialist is a full-time remote role focused on growing and optimizing B2B commerce performance for Redefine Innovations and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword and competitive research, optimizing product listings, category pages, and site architecture for search engines, and implementing on-page and technical SEO best practices. The specialist will leverage AI-driven tools to generate, test, and refine content, improve search visibility, and support conversion optimization across digital channels. This role also involves monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, collaborating with consultants and developers to align SEO and eCommerce strategy, and suggesting data-backed improvements to customer journeys on B2B platforms.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, performance tracking, and the ability to make recommendations based on KPIs and user behavior. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service orientation, with the ability to understand client needs, support merchant success, and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused experience. Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex SEO and AI concepts in plain language and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should possess E-Commerce knowledge, including familiarity with B2B commerce platforms, product information management, and online merchandising best practices. Candidates should possess Sales awareness, with an understanding of digital funnels, lead generation, and how SEO and AIO activities support revenue growth. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research platforms) and familiarity with AI-powered content or optimization tools. Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts (site speed, structured data, indexation, canonicalization) is highly beneficial.
