Position Title: EDTS Attorney Work at the center of high-stakes employment disputes where speed, strategy, and precision matter. A nationally established labor and employment law firm is seeking an EDTS Attorney to handle sophisticated trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation. This remote attorney will develop case strategy, handle injunction-related proceedings and expedited discovery, draft substantive legal documents, and work closely with experienced attorneys across the firm's EDTS practice. The ideal candidate is a skilled employment litigator with meaningful experience in trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes who thrives in fast-moving matters and can confidently manage complex litigation with limited oversight.
