Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Growth minded, self motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to commit approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education, leadership or learning and development.
• Background in training, consulting, people and culture, healthcare or other people focused professions.

Pay range and compensation package This is an independent, performance based opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Earnings are commission and performance based and will vary according to individual activity and results.
