Experience in electrical design, documentation, or control systems engineering Proficiency in electrical design software such as EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools Strong understanding of electrical schematics, single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control panel design Prior knowledge of CE and IEC standards preferred Ability to prepare complete, accurate, and audit-ready electrical documentation packages Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Highly organized and adept at prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and apply standard drafting practices Self-directed, motivated, highly accountable, flexible, and detail-oriented Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output Proficiency in standard office and engineering tools including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and willingness to learn additional systems Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
