As an Electrical Engineering AI Trainer, you'll push advanced language models to their limits across embedded systems, signal processing, power systems, and beyond. When a model gets it wrong, you'll document exactly why — and help make it smarter. What You'll Do

Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced electrical engineering problems across circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to stress-test AI reasoning Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as gold-standard benchmarks for AI learning Audit Technical Accuracy — Evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs against engineering standards including IEEE and NEC Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify logical flaws in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback to improve model thinking on complex engineering tasks Work Flexibly — Take on tasks asynchronously on a schedule that suits you, scaling hours up or down week to week Who You Are Currently pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or signal processing Able to communicate highly technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form Meticulous when checking mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation Self-directed and reliable when working independently on technical tasks No prior AI experience required — your engineering expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or quality evaluation systems Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, etc.) or hardware description languages Background in reviewing or grading technical work
