EBP (401k) Auditor

• Focus 100% on EBP (401k) audit projects
• In charge of gathering plan reports and data
• Perform general 401(k) audit procedures
• Communicate with clients regarding 401(k) audit findings
• In charge of documenting and concluding on 401(k) audit findings
• Collaborate with 401(k) team to complete high-quality 401(k) audits
• Collaborate with team members to improve on audit efficiencies
• Stay up to date with Industry rules/regulations/standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of 401(k) auditing experience in public accounting
• Highly motivated team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Stong project and client management skills
• Strong audit documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and 401(k) audits
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with auditing more than 20 401(k) audits per year
• CPA Certification

Job details:

• Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 a year
