You will review legal scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to help train advanced AI models. Scope of Work Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment. Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness. Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning. Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree from a U.S. law school. Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia. More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law. Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills. Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
