AlphaGov is engaging an Energy Efficiency Program Evaluator for current state work. A state public service department is evaluating thermal and electric savings from retrofit programs in the single-family existing buildings market.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

What you'll do

- Design impact and process evaluations

• Estimate gross and net savings using billing analysis
• Review TRM assumptions and program data
• Write evaluation reports and recommendations
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements

Required

• At least 5 years of professional experience in energy efficiency program evaluation (EM&V)

- Billing analysis / statistical skills

• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have

• Weatherization or heat pump program evaluation

- Vermont or Northeast experience
