Position Responsibilities Strategic Account Management and Growth - Manage an assigned portfolio of members, prospects, exhibitors, under-engaged organizations, and at-risk accounts. - Understand each organization's business model, priorities, challenges, structure, key relationships, and current IFPA engagement. - Maintain account plans that document business priorities, engagement, unmet needs, renewal risks, expansion opportunities, and next actions. - Support recruitment, conversion, renewal, retention, at-risk recovery, and appropriate multi-year membership opportunities. - Identify sector-specific needs and recommend ways to strengthen IFPA's Membership Value Proposition. - Qualify commercial opportunities and refer them to Business
