Job Title : Enterprise Project Manager Work Mode : Remote Compensation : 75k -95k Aaniie is hiring an Enterprise Project Manager on the Customer Success team. You will own onboarding for new home care, senior living, and childcare customers from kickoff through go-live, running multiple implementations at the same time and keeping each one on schedule. You will be the customer’s main point of contact during implementation. You will turn their operational requirements into a clear project plan, coordinate the internal teams involved, and keep executives, administrators, and end users aligned on what happens next and when. What we are looking for: someone who thrives on structure, has run complex customer-facing projects before, and can hold a full caseload of concurrent implementations without letting details slip. Experience onboarding home care, senior living, or childcare providers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Own the full implementation lifecycle for new and expanding customers: kickoff, requirements gathering, configuration planning, data migration coordination, training, and go-live. Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and owners. Identify risks to timeline or scope early and resolve them before they become problems. Manage multiple concurrent implementations of varying size and complexity, prioritizing across a full caseload. Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact during onboarding, setting expectations and building confidence in the Aaniie platform. Facilitate regular status meetings and executive updates for internal stakeholders and customer sponsors, escalating issues early and transparently. Ensure each implementation meets defined quality gates and exit criteria before handing the customer to ongoing Customer Success ownership. Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Data Migration, Training, and Support to ensure a clean handoff from sale to go-live and from go-live to steady-state support. Keep project status, timelines, and documentation accurate in the project management and CRM systems. Bring field feedback to Product and Engineering on configuration, migration, and onboarding pain points. Improve the implementation methodology, playbooks, and templates so onboarding gets faster and more predictable as Aaniie scales. Qualifications 3–5+ years managing software implementations, onboarding, or complex customer-facing projects, ideally in SaaS PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification, or demonstrated equivalent experience Proven ability to run multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities without dropping details Strong stakeholder management skills across executives, administrators, and end users Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project) and CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent) Clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure; able to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment
