We’re hiring a heavy-hitter Enterprise Sales Executive to establish Dataroid's presence across Europe (Benelux, France, or DACH), focusing mostly on banks.

Responsibilities

• Build Dataroid’s presence in your target market from the ground up, taking a hands-on individual contributor role to develop a new business pipeline and acquire new customers.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market approach focused on banks and financial institutions.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, generate interest in Dataroid, and secure executive-level meetings.
• Work closely with Dataroid’s leadership, product, and technical teams to shape customer discussions and advance opportunities.
• Track pipeline progress and share relevant market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of generating qualified enterprise opportunities.
• Experience selling to banks or financial institutions and an understanding of their decision-making and procurement processes.
• An established professional network in at least one of the following markets: Benelux, France, or DACH.
• Demonstrated ability to create opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Confidence engaging senior executives and translating business challenges into a clear value proposition.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to turn market opportunities into a structured sales plan.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one relevant local language for your target market.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
• Experience selling customer analytics, digital engagement, customer experience, or related solutions would be an advantage.
