This position is 100% remote and requires absolutely no previous professional customer service experience. In this role, you will manage text-based customer inquiries across both real-time live chat and email ticketing systems. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to inbound text-based customer chat sessions. Draft and send clear, helpful email responses to resolve customer inquiries, tracking updates, and account requests. Utilize our internal knowledge base and approved interaction scripts to deliver consistent service. Multi-task efficiently by managing 2 to 3 simultaneous chat windows while concurrently organizing an email ticket queue. Document precise summary notes and accurately categorize customer interactions within our CRM system. Escalate complex billing anomalies or advanced technical bugs to the appropriate senior support tiers. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience. Solid alphanumeric typing speed (minimum 40 WPM preferred) with strong attention to spelling and grammar. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a secure, dedicated home office computer setup. Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused written communication style. Strong self-discipline and time-management skills to work productively in a remote environment.
