Entry-Level Contract Support (ECS) Specialist — Federal Acquisitions Remote | $24.00/hour Concordant LLC, an SDVOSB and SBA HUBZone-certified federal contractor, is seeking an Entry-Level Contract Support (ECS) Specialist to join our team supporting federal acquisition operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their contracting career to build hands-on experience across the full acquisition lifecycle.

About the Role

As an ECS Specialist, you will support federal government acquisitions by reviewing procurement documents, assisting with contract administration, and helping ensure compliance with federal and agency acquisition policy. You will work closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) throughout the onboarding and performance period. This is a fully remote position.

What You Will Do

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of procurement documents for accuracy, adequacy, and completeness
• Identify and help resolve inconsistencies through clear communication with stakeholders
• Read and interpret federal and agency acquisition policy, regulations, and directives
• Draft and prepare contract related documents and forms
• Support market research on trends, conditions, alternative sources, and technological advances relevant to assigned programs
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and procurement packages for CO award
• Research, analyze, and review invoice receipts, receiving reports, fund status, final payments, releases of claims, certificates of completion, and other contract closeout documentation
• Investigate and prepare open obligations and undelivered orders (UDOs) for closeout
• Perform post award contract administration in support of the CO
• Monitor Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs) to ensure contracted services meet requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of federal contracting experience working on government acquisitions within the last 5 years
• Demonstrated ability to work with acquisition documentation, procurement processes, and contract administration tasks

Compensation and Location

• Pay: $24.00/hour
• Location: Remote (must be able to work U.S. business hours as required by the contract)
