Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads (WARM LEADS)
• Present and sell insurance products and policies to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM software
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• No prior insurance experience required — entry-level candidates welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (or already licensed)
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual communication tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus

Benefits
