Looking for a way into sales without needing years of experience first?

SpartanX Solar is hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to help grow our Ohio market. You don't need solar experience. We're looking for people who are confident talking to others, willing to learn, competitive, and motivated by performance.

If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or another people-facing environment, your experience can translate well here.

What You'll Do

• Talk directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to residential solar
• Identify interested and qualified homeowners
• Generate appointments and sales opportunities
• Learn how to communicate the benefits of solar clearly and professionally
• Build your sales and communication skills through hands-on training
• Work with experienced sales leaders and consultants

No Solar Experience? That's Okay.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Your earnings are directly tied to your performance. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage.
