Provides operational environmental compliance and operational excellence support through regulatory reporting, facility auditing, data and document management, and routine compliance program administration for Divert's West Coast facilities. This role includes regular on-site visits to the plants for hands-on implementation of site-specific environmental procedures, operational excellence auditing including quality and productivity, and to raise overall environmental focus / operational excellence culture. This role will be leveraged to other facilities as the company continues to grow, in order to build out the environmental procedures and culture at new or acquired facilities. Location: This is a remote position with travel. The person in this role will be required to live on the west coast (AZ, NV, ID, OR, WA, CA); preferred locations are close to the Divert Longview or Turlock sites. Travel: up to 50% annually This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires a clear mind and diligence. Responsibilities: 30 Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Manage environmental reporting, permit tracking, agency correspondence, and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. 30 Compliance Monitoring & Verification: Conduct inspections, audits, sampling coordination, and data review to verify facility compliance, operational excellence standard conformance and identify improvement opportunities. 30 Environmental Program Administration: Maintain environmental records, procedures, inventories, databases, and training support systems that sustain day-to-day compliance operations.
