• Serve as a key contributor to application support and delivery for multi-user clinical and financial systems.

• Take ownership of installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing optimization of Epic applications.

What You'll Do:

• Manage application builds, upgrades, and validation to maintain system functionality and stability.
• Investigate root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions using best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support effective application use.

Who You Are:

• Bring 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Hold active Epic ASAP certification and experience with Epic build and configuration.
• Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and project management skills.

How We Work:

• Remote role with core collaboration hours aligned to Eastern Time (ET).
• Travel up to 25% for go-live implementations and on-call support as required.
