Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role: BRANDED R&L LLC is looking for a skilled Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team in Vero Beach, FL! In this hands-on role, you'll keep critical equipment running at peak performance, working in the field where your expertise truly makes an impact. Responsibilities: Perform on-site diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy or commercial equipment in the field Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation Coordinate with crews and management to prioritize and schedule field service calls Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with company and industry guidelines Manage and maintain a company service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory Requirements: Proven experience as a field mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment repair software Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks About Us: BRANDED R&L LLC is a trusted name in the Vero Beach, FL area, committed to delivering reliable equipment solutions and exceptional service to our clients.
