Solutioneers works with B2B software companies on pricing, packaging and AI monetization, and we are building a product on top of that work. We also build StackIQ, an AI platform that shows enterprises what software they own, how it is used and what they pay for it. That gives us a direct view of how buyers are cutting seats and consolidating vendors. I’m Jana Schuster, the founder. I led pricing and monetization as Global VP of Operations and Growth Strategy at Deputy, and before that I worked at Amazon and The Honest Company. Role Description AI is changing how customers buy software. Customers are running smaller teams, so seat-based contracts are renewing at lower values. Many companies are also shipping AI features without a clear way to charge for them or to cover the inference cost. We help companies choose a value metric that grows with the customer, price AI so it carries its own margin, and move existing customers to new pricing without losing them. As an advisor, you will:

• Test our thinking against what software leaders are dealing with right now.
• Introduce us to companies that could become early design partners.
• Give input on the product as we build it.

Qualifications

• You are a current or former CEO, founder, CMO, CRO or product leader at a B2B software company.
• You have led a pricing or packaging change yourself, such as moving off seat pricing, launching paid AI features, or migrating existing customers to new pricing.
• You can explain a pricing decision in terms of its effect on revenue, margin and retention.
• You have relationships with software executives and are comfortable making introductions.

Commitment and Compensation

• The role takes a few hours a month and is compensated in equity.
