About the Role

We’re seeking a high-energy, highly motivated Field Marketing Specialist to help increase brand awareness and support overall revenue growth through targeted marketing activities. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for organizing events, managing logistics, collaborating with sales teams to generate leads, and tracking event ROI. Typical day-to-day tasks include coordinating vendors, developing event communications, working with cross-functional teams to align priorities, and ensuring seamless execution of B2B field marketing campaigns. Your efforts will directly drive brand visibility and contribute to achieving our quarterly revenue targets, making a meaningful impact on the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Events · Co-create and execute regional and industry-focused event project plans, budgets, and timelines · Collaborate with team members across content, digital, and partner marketing to execute on event and marketing priorities · Develop marketing communications plans for social media and email to support sales and solutions team members attending events · Work closely with sales, solutions team members, partners and customers to develop presentations aligned with business priorities · Partner with the global marketing team at FPT’s headquarters in Vietnam to ensure alignment of corporate messaging and branding with local efforts · Nurture positive vendor relationships and negotiate rates Marketing Campaigns · Utilize marketing intelligence platforms to support sales and regional marketing efforts · Create and execute campaign content for demand generation and lead nurturing · Support account-based marketing efforts Pipeline & Performance · Develop, track and manage event-related budgets · Measure, track and report on marketing-influenced pipeline, leads, and ROI · Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and feedback Qualifications & Experience Required · 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in event/field marketing · Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business or closely related field, or equivalent professional work experience · Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds · Reliable transportation (if located in Atlanta) · Up to 25% travel · Strong understanding of B2B demand gen and pipeline measurement · Self-starter with strong organizational skills · Excellent project management and communication skills (verbal and written) · Highly detail-oriented · Proven ability to drive results while working with cross-functional teams · Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, remote environment Preferred · Background in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech · Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on field marketing ROI · Proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud/Pardot) Compensation & Benefits: $70,000–$80,000/year + benefits. Actual base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience.
