What You'll Do

Own an executive's calendar, inbox, and priorities so their attention goes where it matters. Coordinate travel, meetings, and follow-ups without being chased. Manage projects end to end — you'll be the one people check in with, not the other way around. Handle confidential information with total discretion. Build and document the systems your executive runs on. What We're Looking For 3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience. Excellent written and spoken English. C1 English Level Required. Strong judgment — you can make decisions without needing permission for everything. Proactive by default. You spot the problem before it becomes one. Comfortable learning new tools quickly (AI experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train you). Reliable home office setup: quiet space, stable internet, working computer, and headset. AI Fluency: Prompting, drafting, research, summarization, and workflow automation, applied to real executive work, not theory.
