ROLE 1 EXECUTIVE ADVISORY CONSULTANT 10 Hours Per Week | East Coast US Preferred | $30-34/Hour | Target Start Mid to Late-July 2026 The client is an accomplished independent executive advisor and former C-suite leader who works with CEOs on organizational transformation and strategic execution. She has direct personal experience on both sides of the EA relationship and will know within the first two weeks whether this match is right. What makes this role distinct She is a verbal processor. When something is stuck, the unlock is a short thinking-out-loud conversation. The right EA receives disorganized input and returns organized next steps without being thrown by the process. She also sends voice memos when something is on her mind you return action plans. She has a predictable pattern of tasks that stall in the middle layer of a project, not from avoidance, but from a real cognitive pattern. The right EA recognizes it, does not shame it, and knows how to help surface the blocker and move things forward. What you will own

• Inbox management, email triage, and calendar management
• Stuck task triage and personal administrative execution
• Voice memo processing she records, you return organized action lists
• Business development pipeline tracking
• Research and materials support for curriculum development work
• Client thoughtfulness tracking milestones, outreach, and gifting ROLE 2 SEO AND DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY FOUNDER 10 Hours Per Week | US-Based | $30-34/Hour | Target Start Mid to Late-July 2026 The client is the founder and CEO of a three-year-old SEO and digital marketing agency that has grown consistently each year. What makes this role distinct She is a linear, structured thinker and has named this as the single most important quality in the people she works closely with. She has also never delegated her inbox to anyone before. Trust here is earned steadily over the first 30 to 60 days, not handed over on day one. Most of her team works from Cape Town, South Africa, seven hours ahead. By the time she starts her day, her inbox is already full of overnight communications. The right EA processes the backlog before she opens her laptop, so her day starts caught up, not behind. What you will own
• Full inbox architecture what is handled independently, drafted for approval, escalated, or removed
• Calendar management built around front-loaded mornings and protected afternoons from noon onward
• Meeting preparation and research for every scheduled call
• New client onboarding coordination
• Drafting client and team correspondence, growing toward independent sending as trust builds
• Leading the mapping and redesign of key business workflows over time ROLE 3 NONPROFIT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 25-30 Hours Per Week Growing to Full-Time | $34-38/Hour | MA, NH, FL, or GA | Target Start Mid to Late-July 2026 The client is a highly respected Executive Director leading a fast-paced, mission-driven nonprofit organization. She is a long-term Handled. By Hayden & Co. client, and we are bringing in the right person to step in at a senior level. What makes this role distinct This is the path to a full-time home.
