Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee daily operations, organizational performance, and strategic initiatives. Establish operational policies, management procedures, and performance standards. Lead business planning, organizational development, and operational improvement initiatives. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic business partnerships. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish business priorities and growth objectives. Manage operational budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls. Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business objectives. Recruit, mentor, and lead senior management teams. Provide business performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the board of directors. Background and ExperienceAt least 15 years of experience in executive management, business operations, corporate strategy, or related fields. Previous senior leadership experience as an Executive Director, Managing Director, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, or comparable executive. Proven experience managing complex business operations and supporting organizational growth. Strong knowledge of corporate strategy, financial management, operational planning, and business development. Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing organizational improvements. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills. Ability to manage geographically distributed teams in a remote environment. Experience within technology, digital services, or other growth-oriented industries is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
