• Telephonically & personally interviewing the candidates

• Screening candidates

• Short listing the profiles & arranging for their interviews

• Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies

• Taking preliminary interview round

• Salary negotiation with successful candidates

• Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate

• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR information system

Qualifications

• Language Requirement: English Language.

• Proficient in various PC applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to prioritize while being self-directed

• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
